SUMMARY
When I make a zone from a clip, I can't insert the zone into the timeline unless I restart Kdenlive first. I drag and drop from the bin to the timeline but nothing happens.

OBSERVED RESULT
Clip appears in timeline.

EXPECTED RESULT
Clip does not appear in timeline.

I've tried with both the v20.04.1 AppImage and the v20.04.2 binary from Debian.

Please try with the current Kdenlive AppImage version 23.08.4 to see if there are any packaging issues https://kdenlive.org/en/download/
