SUMMARY When I make a zone from a clip, I can't insert the zone into the timeline unless I restart Kdenlive first. I drag and drop from the bin to the timeline but nothing happens. OBSERVED RESULT Clip appears in timeline. EXPECTED RESULT Clip does not appear in timeline. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Debian GNU/Linux KDE Plasma Version: 5.17.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.70.0 Qt Version: 5.12.5 Kernel Version: 5.7.0-1-amd64 OS Type: 64-bit Processors: 4 × Intel® Core™ i3-7020U CPU @ 2.30GHz Memory: 3.8 GiB of RAM ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I've tried with both the v20.04.1 AppImage and the v20.04.2 binary from Debian.
Whoopsie, that should be OBSERVED RESULT Clip does not appear in timeline. EXPECTED RESULT Clip appears in timeline.
Please try with the current Kdenlive AppImage version 23.08.4 to see if there are any packaging issues https://kdenlive.org/en/download/
