SUMMARY
 You cannot move a text editors to a separate window. This makes having Multiple monitors using Kdevelop not useful. Additionally, an option to only allow one file to be opened only once, in a single editor would be amazing.


 Note: I love kdevelop but the lack of this feature has driven me enough nuts to move away from it as my prirary editor, but I still come back to it for special occasions for debugging and static call tracing.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open two text files.
2. Try move it out of main window.
3. It doesn't

I am curious if additional views can be used also outside of the main application window.
