KMail at 100% global scale

SUMMARY
My display's resolution is 1920×1080.  When System Setting's Display Configuration Global scale is "100%", KMail's folder pane displays icons in a simple line-art style.  When I bump the global scale up to "125%", most icons appear the same but the trash and folder icons switch to the colorful style seen on the desktop.  See attached images.

Perhaps KMail needs new "mail-folder-trash" icons?


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings, choose Display and Monitor, and set the Global Scale property to 125%.
2. Restart and log in.
3. Launch KMail.

OBSERVED RESULT
Icons in a mix of styles.

EXPECTED RESULT
Icons in line-art style.
