STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start Wayland session
2. open Spectacle by pressing printscreen key
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
"Delay" spinbox is greyed out

EXPECTED RESULT
we can use timer feature on Wayland

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: KDE neon Unstable Edition
KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.80
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.72.0
Qt Version: 5.14.2

Spectacle will allow taking screenshots when plasma minor version is < 20.
So long plasma version is 5.19.* the feature won't be available.
We can make this work for the dev version as well but it entails some work.
