Description Alex Fliker 2020-06-27 17:37:18 UTC
I tried to use Orbit Trails - > Earth satellite tracks, but I get nothing (including for planets as well). It would be cool to see the orbital path of the satellite. An example where it would be useful - ISS transits. A note here - Stellarium has this ability, but it's too rough, even at the maximum settings (200 segments of 5 seconds), already opened a feature request a their bug tracker.

I like this feature request! I might even work on it myself if I come to it :)

Uh I see there was already a similar feature request, which was rejected

@Jasem if that is still the case I will not touch the satellite trails
