SUMMARY
Cannot set custom keyboard shortcut that involves TAB key

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Global Shortcuts settings module
2. Set any custom shortcut involving TAB key. For example, set Show Desktop grid to Meta+TAB
3. Tab key behaves as tab key, going to the next entry.

OBSERVED RESULT
Cannot save it, as it interferes with setting custom global shortcut.

EXPECTED RESULT
It saves fine and does not change my workflow

Keyboard Layout: generic 86-key pc (integrated laptop keyboard)
Worked fine on Plasma 5.18.5
