OBSERVED RESULT
It crashes so much and then it 'autosaves' my work but it doesn't actually save my work and DELETES A LOT OF WHAT I DID, which is what I call autodelete :((. Please fix this. Crashes way too much as well. Also, fix your render because every time I finish rendering an animation it goes off-time and my lip sync that I spent so long drawing got messed up; fix it! Please! I also heard that these are VERY common bugs, so I'm curious why you haven't fixed it yet. It is almost certain that a lot of Krita haters are the ones who have experienced one or multiple of the problems I have mentioned. For now, I'm going to switch to a better software. I would rather buy another software (with real money) than use Krita again. Very disappointed. I'm uninstalling Krita.

EXPECTED RESULT
I expected it to be normal with no bugs and crashes and off-timing.

Hi, swaggyuni.

First, let me just say that I'm very sorry that you've had such a bad experience animating with Krita. We want to make a free and open source tool that empowers artists like yourself, and when bugs and crashes get in the way of that it's frustrating and disappointing to everybody involved. You seem to have a lot of talent for animation, so I hope that a bad experience with Krita will not stand in the way of your growth as an artist in any way.

I will have to close this report, only because there are multiple issues at play here. But I hope you know that we value your feedback and will be taking your criticism to heart as we continue to work on our Animation tools. I hope that you'll be willing to give Krita another try some day after we make fixes.
