Before and After saving

SUMMARY
If I move a layer group to a new file from another "master file" that contains vectors the vectors move off to the side after saving the file. Reopening it produces image below

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Copy/Paste layer group containing vectors into new file
2. Save
3. Re-open file

OBSERVED RESULT
Vectors move off to the side

EXPECTED RESULT
Vectors not moving position

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 10

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I first had the issue in 1.29 although the previous version I had before that was 1.25. It's not a one off issue but happens every time.

I cannot reproduce it from scratch. I tried to use it inside a group, I gave it ppi 100 and ppi 300, but in all oft the cases it works. Maybe someone else will have more luck.

This is still very much an issue, been testing every new version.
Only way to prevent it from happening is deleting all other layers and saving the file as a different name. Moving the layer group to a new file and saving has result below happen once reloading the file.

I can reproduce with this test file if I do:

* open the document
* create a new document
* copy the group layer
* paste the group layer in the new document
* save the new document
* reopen it

The music notes have moved out of the image.
