SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. boot device (android or desktop)
2. attempt to exit/close/stop kdeconnect

OBSERVED RESULT
There is no way to exit the app from the app. You have to kill it with system tools.

EXPECTED RESULT
You should be able to close/exit from the app interface.

Reasons: When not using persistent features you can save phone battery life, reduce needless network traffic, reduce `.xsession-errors` spam on desktop, or whatever other reason you would like to close it. I would prefer to run it only when needed. I see the need for it to be persistent for some of the features, and also convenience, but you should be able to close/exit if you want to.

Perhaps adding a setting "do not start KDE Connect automatically" would be an easy option to implement?

I can't be the only one who sees the security risk behind this not being an option, right? Even the "Trusted networks" setting in the app warns that your connection might be spoofed/listened to by third parties, and yet there's no way to turn the app off without force quitting it?

While I understand that the always online features are nice, not having the option seems like a huge oversight from my perspective.
