Description setop 2020-06-25 11:12:41 UTC
Akragator does not support http compression

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add a feed which only deliver compressed content (eg: http://www.zoocoop.com/contentoob/lobsters.atom)
2. use context menu to fetch content
3.

OBSERVED RESULT

no content is loaded

EXPECTED RESULT

Akregator fetches content over http with "Accept-Encoding: deflate, gzip", recieves compressed content, decompresses it, parses it, displays it.

No issue with this feed.

Try with newer akregator and syndication packages and reopen if it still fails.

5.9.2 is very old.
