SUMMARY
The new Users kcm landed on neon unstable a few weeks ago,
but the old User Manager is still present in System Settings under "Account details".

EXPECTED RESULT
The old User Manager should be removed from System Settings.

Neon needs to mark plasma-desktop as obsoleting the old user-manager package.

Fixed on neon unstable.
