STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start Wayland session
2. add any system monitor widget to desktop, near plasma panel
3. right-click on the added widget, choose "Show alternatves..."

OBSERVED RESULT
"Switch" and "Cancel" buttons are hidden behind plasma panel and it's impossible to close "Show alternatves..." popup. Compare the attached screenshots taken on Wayland and X11 please.

EXPECTED RESULT
"Show alternatves..." should be entirely visible.

Cannot reproduce with a horizontal panel in the Plasma Wayland session with current git master. Can you?

it's still reproducible on my neon unstable.

Fixed on Arch (Plasma 5.22 beta) and neon unstable. \o/
