SUMMARY
kwin_rules_dialog crashes

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. right click window title bar
2. select "configure special window settings" 

OBSERVED RESULT
crash dialog appears

That's confusing.

Supposedly this is fixed in 5.19.2, can you confirm your version

Problem appears to (have been) that kitemmodels QML plugin was missing in packaging. I just updated the packaging with that plugin and the crash has gone away.

(Leaving the bug in WAITINGFORINFO state because I'd like tcberner to confirm it's fixed now)
