SUMMARY
bookmarks are set and visible in menu but not in bookmarks toolview

1. add bookmarks
2. see them missing in bookmarks toolview

The Bookmarks tool view is an Okteta tool view. Its bookmarks are Okteta rather than KTextEditor bookmarks. KDevelop also has a third kind of bookmarks - the file system bookmarks in the File System tool view. Implementing a proper KTextEditor Bookmark tool view for KDevelop and possibly Kate is discussed in https://invent.kde.org/kdevelop/kdevelop/-/issues/63
