KDE resumes paused media player on connected Android device when suspending


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. enable `pause media player when suspending` in KDE
2. connect Android device in KDE Connect and enable mpris and media player control
3. pause the media play on Android
4. suspend the KDE

OBSERVED RESULT
KDE resumes the paused media player.


EXPECTED RESULT
KDE does nothing when media player is already paused.
