SUMMARY
I was trying to update zh_CN/docs from zh_CN/docmessages. But here are lots of xml errors and only a few doc pages were generated.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Checkout svn trunk/kf5-l10n
2. Run ./scripts/update_xml zh_CN
3. Check the output

OBSERVED RESULT
Output a lot of XML errors. Only a few doc pages generated.

EXPECTED RESULT
The script should be able to skip messages with errors and continue with all validated messages. So we can have time to fix small issues while most good stuff can be adopted.
