SUMMARY Changing to an X session and back to a Wayland session makes Yakuake open expanded. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Login to a Wayland session (Yakuake starts not expanded) 2. Logout 3. Login to an X session (Yakuake also starts unexpanded there) 4. Logout 5. This might be caused by the session restore. On X11 Yakuake (almost?) always starts expanded.
