SUMMARY
See the attached screenshot please.
"Ignore" button looks a bit smaller.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a text file with Kate
2. delete or rename the open text file
3. 

EXPECTED RESULT
all buttons should have the same height.

add icons to all buttons of file modified message
=> ensures the buttons have the same height and looks more unified
