Description kde 2002-05-08 08:29:22 UTC
(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***)

Package: kcalc
Version: KDE 3.0.0
Severity: wishlist
Installed from: Unlisted Binary Package
Compiler: Not Specified
OS: Linux
OS/Compiler notes: Not Specified

Hi
I do a lot of work moving back and forward between hex and decimal calculations and it struck me that a potentially simple addition would be to allow kcalc to display its result in more than one base simulatanously. (In my case
hex and decimal but I guess others might have other combos).

(Hmm I've just dicovered the rather useful feature that you can paste hex values in while in decimal mode - useful!)

Happy hacking.
