SUMMARY
~/.config is indexed by baloo on my system, kwinrc and dolphinrc files
for example are listed several times in the search results of Dolphin.
See the attached screenshot please.

EXPECTED RESULT
just one search result for each file.

I'm unable to reproduce on neon unstable.
