SUMMARY
Watch the attached screen recording please.
After I switch between "Show everything" and "Updateable only" filters, the GHNS window says "Loading more..." before lists the addons.
But when I switch between "Installed only" and "Updateable only" filters,
the GHNS window says "There is no hot new stuff to get here" instead of "Loading more...".

EXPECTED RESULT
the addons should be immediately listed after we switch between "Installed only" and "Updateable only" filters or "There is no hot new stuff to get here" should be replaced with "Loading more...".

On Plasma 6, "No items found" text appears briefly after selecting a filter or sorting on top, and when searching for something.
