Description Patrick Silva 2020-06-15 16:27:21 UTC
I use horizontal panel on bottom.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start Wayland session
2. open Dolphin
3. press ctrl+n repeatedly until amount of instances is enough to create grouped entries in the task manager
4. open a single instance of Konsole
5. hover over Dolphin entry in the task manager and wait for its tooltips to appear
6. while the tooltips of Dolphin are still visible, hover over Konsole entry in the task manager: a big tooltip with just one Konsole icon occupies the whole horizontal space of the screen
7. move cursor outside plasma panel
8. hover over Konsole entry in the task manager and then hover over Dolphin entry:
the tooltip of Dolphin begins above Konsole entry

EXPECTED RESULT
tooltips with correct width and position
