SUMMARY
If a desktop file icon option points to a svg file then a generic icon is displayed instead of the svg icon file provided. This affects kickoff, AppDash, etc.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Point a desktop file's icon to a svg file
2. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Generic file icon is displayed in KickOff, AppDash, etc.


EXPECTED RESULT
svg icon file should be utilized for the icon
