Description Patrick Silva 2020-06-12 10:29:56 UTC
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start Wayland session
2. make sure both "Copy image to clipboard" and "Auto save the image to the default location" options are checked in Spectacle settings
3. take a screenshot by pressing shift+print (full screen) or meta+shift+print (rectangular region)

OBSERVED RESULT
A notification says "A screenshot was saved to your clipboard"
but the taken screenshot wasn't saved to the clipboard neither to the default location.

EXPECTED RESULT
the screenshot should be copied to the clipboard and saved to the default location

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: KDE neon Unstable Edition
KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.80
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.71.0
Qt Version: 5.14.2

im running across this as well with meta + shift + prtsc. in my case i dont have auto save image enabled, only copy image to clipboard. when i run the shortcut i get a saved image and image in the notification but whats copied to clipboard is the file path of the image instead.

so maybe i have two bugs:
1. image is saved when its not supposed to be.
2. image isnt copied to clipboard.

if i have spectacle open i dont have any of these issues, the image ISNT saved to disk and the image IS copied to clipboard correctly.
