Latte-layout

SUMMARY
When using latte-dock and global menu, opening libreoffice writer, minimizing and maximizing leads to latte-dock becoming really tiny.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add global menu to latte dock
2. Open libreoffice
3. Minimize it
4. maximize it

OBSERVED RESULT
Size of latte dock changes size until restarted

EXPECTED RESULT
Should remain it's original size

In git version you can disable auto sizing from Behavior advanced page.
