Windows rule section in System Settings

SUMMARY
If I try to create windows rules, I can set the window filter, but I have no option (tabs) to set Size & Position, Arrangement & Access...

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Windows Rules in preferences.
2. Create a new window rule and set the filter.
3. Try to set, for example, the desired Size & Position of the window.

OBSERVED RESULT
No option to create any rule for the filtered window.

EXPECTED RESULT
After you have set the window filter, you have to options to set Size & Position, Arrangement, etc... for the filtered window.

You have to click the "Add properties" button.

Ok! Thank you and my apologies. I was so used to the tabs that I could not see the new way of creating rules.
