SUMMARY

The CSD (Client Side Decoration) buttons aren't visible when using Breeze Dark global theme with the Dark Theme in the Firefox.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set global theme to Breeze Dark
2. set Firefox to use CSD
3. set Firefox to use Dark Theme

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE neon 5.19
KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.70.0
Qt Version: 5.14.2

That's a bug in Firefox's dark theme. Don't use it, just use the normal one which adapts to the system's color scheme.

Logout/login solve this issue.
