STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set global theme to Breeze
2. open a GTK3 app (Gedit text editor, for example)
3. trigger file open (ctrl+o) or save (ctrl+s) dialogs

OBSERVED RESULT
As we can see in the attached screenshot, the icons of non-selected folders are barely visible

EXPECTED RESULT
icons of non-selected folders should have better visibility

Cannot reproduce; the icons are correctly colored for me.

ok, the culprit was .xsettingsd file in my Home.
Deleting it solved the problem.
