SUMMARY
similar to bug 419536.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start Wayland session
2. set visibility of clipboard applet to "Show when relevant" in system tray settings
3. clear the history of clipboard applet
4. copy any text: clipboard applet is still hidden in system tray
5. click on the arrow to show the hidden systray icons: now the clipboard
appet unhides itself

EXPECTED RESULT
clipboard appet should unhide itself immediately after something to be copied to clipboard

cannot reproduce with Plasma 5.20 beta on Arch Linux.
