SUMMARY
Plasma Integration doesn't function in Chromium unless Chrome.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install Chromium
2. install Plasma integration
3. the icon appears to be obscured by a flag.
4. the message issued by the popup is: "Specified native messaging host not found".

OBSERVED RESULT
the add-on doesn't work

EXPECTED RESULT
Plasma integration works properly.

Given Ubuntu this is probably the Chromium Snap?

It doesn't work in KDe Neon too. Why does it not work from snap release of Chromium?

Snap sandboxing doesn't allow for native messaging host at the moment. See https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/chromium-browser/+bug/1741074
