SUMMARY

The meanings of the various icons at the bottom of the "What's Interesting..." panel (gear, magnifying glass with 'i', curved arrow, eye, star, down arrow, question mark) are not explained.  No tool-tip appears when hovering over them.  (The left-arrow is labeled "Back", but the others have no labels.)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click "Tools", then "What's Interesting..."
2. Hover mouse over any of the icons at the bottom of the panel that appears

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.

EXPECTED RESULT
Tool-tips should appear that describe the function of each button.
