SUMMARY
There is no way to tell that a checkbox or a radio button has tab focus in the GTK theme. This problem does not seem to impact the QT theme.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the GTK theme preview for Breeze
2. Tab through the components

OBSERVED RESULT
There is indication of focus on the radio button, the checkbox, or the tabs.

EXPECTED RESULT
The label of the button, checkbox and/or tab is underlined, like in the QT theme.
