Show the ledger with no Reconciliation grouping

SUMMARY
No header appear in the ledger - it use to in the previous version (KMyMoney4)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Setting -> Configure -> Display
2. Select "Show group header between transactions"
3. No headers appear in the ledger

OBSERVED RESULT
No group header appear in the ledger

EXPECTED RESULT
A group header separating the reconciliation state

Windows: 10 Pro

Should this have been closed some time ago?  Not only are Reconciliation headers shown in the ledger, the configuration allows to show no reconciliation headers, only the last one, or all of them.  I do not remember which version this was added in. - perhaps even recently enough to call it 5.2?

Yes, this has completely been overhauled in 5.2, so I think we can close it as resolved.
