SUMMARY
If you use a setup with no autofocusser (eg camera on mount only)and the "refocus every Xmins" box is checked, EKOS will only capture however many minutes are listed in the checkbox then terminate image capture at that time.

EKOS should be set so this check box is disabled if there is no Focus module active/present in the EKOS profile.

It is even more of a problem because if you uncheck this box then restart EKOS it keeps defaulting to it being checked, so definitely would be better to disable it.
