SUMMARY
With dual window 'Filter through command' processes wrong buffer

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a file; Open a second file
2. View->New Window
3. Switch view in second window away from first window. Invoke 'Filter through command' from Tools menu and do something - eg echo  newstuff.

OBSERVED RESULT
Returned script output is inserted in Window 1 buffer, not Window 2 buffer

Dave I've just tested this in kate from git master and cannot reproduce.

I can confirm that in kate Version 20.08.0 this bug is fixed.
I should have checked on the last update I had - sorry, and thanks for your time
