Popup closing with focus follows mouse

SUMMARY
When the window focus policy is set to follow the mouse, every plasma popup widget closes every time you pass on a window. This is particularly problematic when you want to add a new widget on a panel and you have to cross the whole screen full of windows to access the "add object" side panel.
See screencap.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable mouse follows mouse
2. Put some window on screen
3. Right click on a panel and choose to add an object
4. Move the mouse over a window without clicking it

OBSERVED RESULT
The "add object" side panel or every other popup widget will close as soon as you hover a window with your mouse. If you have a panel on the right side, you have to do a gymkhana avoiding every window to access the "add object" side panel.

EXPECTED RESULT
The same behavior that occurs on the click to focus policy: the popup widget should remain open even when crossing a window with your mouse.
