Created attachment 128997 [details]
Screenshot which shows the arrowhead-line issue.

SUMMARY
When using arrows as "Start" or "End Marker" for a vector, you can see the line behind the arrowhead. This does not look right and is not handled like this in any other graphic application.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Draw a line on a vector layer
2. Switch to "Select Shapes Tool"
3. Under "Tool Options", change the "End Marker" of the line into an arrow.

OBSERVED RESULT
You can see the arrow AND the line behind the arrow head. Please have a look at the attached screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
The line should not be visible behind the arrow head.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux Mint 19.3 64bit

In the linked report you can see how to work around that using Inkscape's arrow marks. But it just needs someone to do it, that's all.
