Plasma seems to freeze if there are multiple notifications at the same time. Also timeout configuration doesn't seem to do anything. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Start kde 2. Get more than 6 notifications from e.g. chrome at the same time 3. Applications still work, but panels and desktop are frozen OBSERVED RESULT Panel and desktop freeze while applications still work normally. Switching between applications is possible using alt-tab EXPECTED RESULT Display notifications for a set amount of time ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This is an up-to-date kde neon installation, but has happened randomly for several months. High dpi display with increased Font DPI
