SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Put image on NTFS disk
2. Try to open with Kolourpaint

OBSERVED RESULT
Image not opened - just a blank canvas shown

EXPECTED RESULT
Image opened on canvas.

a quick check on a dual-boot machine (win10) shows that it works here.
NTFS is mounted as fuseblk. Opened gif and png file.
