SUMMARY
You have to hide and restore window in order for global menu to appear

I Have the same problem in the final 5.19 Version

But i have whis problem with all applications, qt and gtk, seems like this bug was closed wrongly

For example, it happens with dolphin after fresh start, nothing gtk related is involved

on wayland this happens every time
