The packages containing debug information for the following application and libraries are missing:
* /usr/bin/ksysguard

* /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libQt5Core.so.5
* /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libksgrd.so.7
* /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libQt5Widgets.so.5

Please file this with your distribution. The distribution is responsible for the logic to install debug packages.
