SUMMARY
Notifications history only shows two notifications per group or ones that were added since last opening the history.

Running jobs are also collapsed. They should never be hidden while still running.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start 3 or more copy jobs
2. Open notification plasmoid, close it, open it again

OBSERVED RESULT
Only two copy jobs are shown in the history, the rest is under "n more"

EXPECTED RESULT
The running copy jobs are always shown
