STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings > Users
2. create a new user account
3. do logout
4. start Plasma with the new user account
5. open system settings > Users and click on the current user account
to show its details
6. open kickoff

OBSERVED RESULT
As we can see in the attached screenshot, the user avatar shown in account details looks different than the ones shown in kickoff and users list of Users kcm.

EXPECTED RESULT
appearence of default user avatar should be consistent
