Where did you get your Kdenlive package? This is most likely a packaging issue. Please test the latest 20.04.1 AppImage : https://files.kde.org/kdenlive/release/kdenlive-20.04.1b-x86_64.appimage.mirrorlist You are welcome to help us test and debug problems.
Created attachment 128779 [details] attachment-29931-0.html Hi Jean. I got it from the Linux Mint software manager. I added two apps it needed Recommended on your page and it still doesn’t work. Created attachment 128782 [details] attachment-2108-0.html Hi Jean. I figured out to make the app image executable in permissions. The problem is gone. Thank you! This was corrected by downloading an appimage directly from the Kdenlive website for Linux. The icon needs to be granted permission by right clicking on image icon and to the permissions tab. Check the box denoting making it an executable file. The .exe file is what launches the program. I then uninstalled the software manager's version that had missing elements for the flatpak version. Kdenlive hasn't officially rolled out its LinuxMint version, only Ubantu, so it should be removed from the software manager in my opinion.
