Currently, when reading a book, it is annoying when the "dim screen"/"screen off" feature of Plasma power management happens after no activity for some time. It would be nice if Okular could act similar to media players, and keep screen on forever. Having this as a toggle (selected per document, with a global default) would be an extra bonus.
