SUMMARY
Just try to use KDE Plasma Wayland on always lastest KDE neon user stable release and you'll see that you'll even not be able to use KDE Plasma Wayland since you'll get a black screen with a moveable mouse. I didn't tried it on other KDe neon ISOs than the user stable one.
I followed those two guides to try to make it working.
I set the KWIN_DRM_USE_EGL_STREAMS=1 environment variable from :
https://community.kde.org/Plasma/Wayland_Showstoppers#NVIDIA
into a .sh file in my plasma workspace environment variable directory.
And I added this kernel flag nvidia-drm.modeset=1 into grub
I tried it both with open source and private nVidia drivers :

Are you able to test again on Plasma 5.19.0 + Qt 5.15.0?

I was having the same issue as you're having some time ago, but after the latest updates from Plasma and Qt, at least I got a somewhat "ok-ish" Wayland experience on NVIDIA. Well, let's put it this way: Now I get more than a mouse cursor on a black screen... :)

Yes, please test again. Ideally with Plasma 5.21 which got a ton of NVIDIA-on-Wayland fixes.

I just tried it and the latest version seems to work.
So I mark this as resolved.
Continue the good work.
