SUMMARY
Hi,

Using a vertical latte dock with setting "justify" and having tasks on the middle, the tasks aren't centered correctly. In the image example, you can see the settings and how the icons start overlapping with the pager above, even though they still have lots of space below.

Image one: latte-dock with task icons aligned at center, icons overlap.
Image two: latte-dock with task icons not aligned at center, icons fit.

That was never supported. Centered applets will be always centered. 
Only thing you can do is to enable Tasks scrolling if you want such centered Tasks. Otherwise you must put Tasks out of the middle area.
