SUMMARY
On Plasma 5.19 beta, scrolling with my touchpad is reversed in systemsettings and Plasma panels. My touchpad is not configured to use "Natural scrolling" (reversed scrolling) but in Systemsettings and in Plasma panels it behaves as if I had checked "Natural scrolling". In any other program it behaves normally (Qt apps like Dolphin, GTK apps, Firefox...). If I check "Natural scrolling" in touchpad KCM, everything is reversed (every program uses natural scrolling, except Systemsettings and Plasma panels).
