Monitor configuration, the bottom and right screens work fine, but yakuake will not open on the upper screen

SUMMARY
When monitors are configured vertically, Yakuake will not open on the upper monitor, only the lower monitor.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set up two monitors vertically in KDE's monitor configuration.
2. Attempt to open Yakuake on 

OBSERVED RESULT

Yakuake will not open on upper monitor

EXPECTED RESULT

Yakuake should open on any monitor


SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

Linux/KDE Plasma:

Where do you have your panel?

Was on the top edge, moving the bottom screen's panel to the bottom allows Yakuake to open. Not an ideal solution, but workable enough. Thanks, didn't catch that report since I was too focused on searching specifically for vertical monitor configuration issues.
