SUMMARY When you start a slideshow in Digikam (pressing the button on the top bar), it usually shows the pictures in the same order they are displayed in thumbnail view. However, if the current view contains pictures from more than one collection, it seems that those belonging to a specific collection will be displayed first, regardless of the specified sort order. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Imagine you have "collection 1" with the pictures B.jpg and C.jpg. And you have "collection 2" with picture A.jpg. 2. Sort items by filename. 3. Get to a point where you can see the three pictures in thumbnail view. 4. Click on the slideshow button (for All elements). OBSERVED RESULT B.jpg is displayed first in the slideshow. EXPECTED RESULT A.jpg should have been displayed first. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS digikam-7.0.0-rc-20200508T131341-x86-64.appimage in Ubuntu 20.04LTS
